**Currently we are only shipping in the United States**

Shipping Time

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed.

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folders.

We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

Return/Exchange Policy

At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges. Once shipped, all sales are considered final. If you have concerns about your order please contact us.

Cancellations/Changes

We understand that mistakes can happen, so if you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know within 30 minutes of placing it. After this time, changes may not be guaranteed. If your package has not yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your package is marked as shipped, we’re unable to cancel or refund your order.

Payment Issues

If you’re unsure whether your order went through, please contact us with your full name and email address, and we’ll be happy to double-check it for you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We kindly ask that you double-check and ensure that you provide the correct shipping information at checkout. Overcome with Christ cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery or non-delivery of packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a non-deliverable shipping address entered by the customer, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the package. We cannot issue refunds or send free replacements for packages that were delivered to the “wrong” location due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please place a new order if you still wish to receive the package with the correct shipping information.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order to ensure timely and accurate delivery. If you need to update your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes before the package is shipped.

Delayed/Lost Orders

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors to see if they have received it by mistake. In some cases, packages may be delivered to the wrong address or show up 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date. Please note that Overcome with Christ is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to provide you with any information you need to help with your claim.

Product Availability

We strive to keep all of our items in stock, however, sometimes products may become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Changes to Policy

Overcome with Christ reserves the right to make changes to the shop policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates or changes.
